- We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition, provided the tag is still attached, for a refund.
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- We kindly ask that you don’t combine multiple orders in a single return, as this can complicate processing for our team. To ensure a smooth return process, please initiate separate returns for each order number.
How to return?
- You can always return within 30 days from your purchase date. Start your return HERE
- Enter your order number and zip code to begin processing your return.
- Select the items you wish to return.
- After you submit your inquiry, you will receive an email with your shipping label.

What are the costs for returns and exchanges?
- The returns processing fees will deduct from your refund amount. All UK exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
- Please note that shipping charges, discounts, and package protection fees are non-refundable.

How Does BUY 1 GET 1 Promo Work?
When purchasing with our BOGO offer, the discount amount that was reduced from the lower-priced item is applied proportionally across all items that are purchased. When sending the return back, the refund will reflect the original sale price reduced by the proportionally applied refund.
Item A is originally priced at £60 and Item B is originally £40 coming to an original cost of £100. Because of the BOGO sale, the refund applied across all items was 40%. If Item A is returned, the refund amount will be £36 (40% of £60) and if Item B is returned, then the refund amount will be $24. (40% of £40) Which comes to the total amount paid, £60.
