Terms & Conditions

Last Modified: 10 September 2025

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU PLACE ANY ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE OR ON OUR APP.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your purchase of our products on or through our website at www.edikted.co.uk or through the Edikted mobile application (the “App”). By placing an order on our website or through the App you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time (with or without notice to you), and while such changes will not apply to any existing contract between you and us, they will be binding on you for any new contracts where you continue to order from us.

Where to find information about us and our products

We are Edikted Ltd (Edikted, we, us), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16447994. Our registered office is at Office No. 31, 9.17 Capital Tower 9th Floor, 91 Waterloo Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 8RT. You can contact us on hello@edikted.com.uk.

You can find what you need to know about us and our products on our website before you order. We also confirm the key information to you by email after you order.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE, PAYMENT, AND WHEN THE CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND US COMES INTO EFFECT

Your order is accepted and a contract formed between you and us on the basis of and including these Terms & Conditions once we have sent the Order Confirmation email containing a unique order number to the email address you have provided. If we cannot accept your order for any reason, we will let you know and payment will not be taken or, if it has been taken, will be refunded.

Our accepted payment methods (from time to time) are set out on our website. We will process the payment details you provide to us as set out in our Privacy Policy. You must make sure that the credit card or payment information you supply to us is correct and complete, and that you are authorised to use such credit card or payment method for the purchase.

We may from time to time offer ‘buy now pay later’ payment options via third party payment providers such as Klarna, Shop Pay and Clearpay.

Whichever payment method you choose, you will own any products we supply to you once we have received payment for them in full.

All orders are processed on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in England. We will tell you when your order is on the way to you and provide you with a tracking number.

Discounts and promotion codes are one-time use only and exclude gift cards. There may be separate terms and conditions which apply to promotions which are run from time to time.

SOMETIMES WE REJECT / CANCEL ORDERS

Sometimes we reject or cancel orders, for example, because a product is unexpectedly out of stock, because we did not receive payment from you via your chosen payment method, because you are located outside of our delivery areas as stated on our website, or because the product was mispriced by us. When this happens, we let you know as soon as possible and refund any sums you have paid.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING US WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION WE NEED TO FULFIL YOUR ORDER

During the process of placing an order, you are responsible for providing us with full and accurate information in order to enable us to take payment and supply your products. Our fulfilment of your order relies on you providing us with correct information, including the correct delivery address and delivery instructions.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS OR PROBLEMS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will post or arrange for a courier to deliver the products ordered from our website to the person and address provided to us at the time of your order. You are responsible for the goods on delivery.

If you enter an incorrect address, and Edikted has to re-deliver the products included in the order to the correct address we may charge you additional sums for the re-delivery.

Delivery dates will be notified to you during the order process. We will always try to deliver goods to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of sending you the Order Confirmation email. All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability, our normal processing times, and courier company/postal processing times at the time of despatch.

If our supply of your product is delayed by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. As long as we do this, we won't compensate you for the delay, but if the delay is likely to be substantial you can contact our Customer Service Team here to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

From time to time we may have to suspend supply of the products to deal with technical problems or make changes.

We can cancel our contract with you for the supply of a product and refund sums you have paid where you do not make any payment when due, or you do not provide us with information we need to provide the product, or we are unable to deliver the product to you.

PRODUCTS CAN VARY FROM THEIR PICTURES

A product's true colour may not exactly match that shown on your device or in our marketing.

YOU HAVE RIGHTS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND AND RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS

Your legal right to change your mind.

For most of our products bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including the delivery costs. This is subject to some conditions, as set out below.

When you cannot change your mind.

You cannot change your mind about an order for any product which has a hygiene seal (for example, swimwear) if the hygiene seal has been removed after you receive the product, or for products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

Our returns policy.

In addition to your legal right to change your mind (as set out above), Edikted offers you the ability to change your mind and return most products bought online. Our returns policy will in most cases be more generous than your legal rights in the ways set out below. Our returns policy does not affect your legal rights if there is something wrong with your product (for more on those rights see You have rights if there is something wrong with your product).

Your legal rights to change your mind How our returns policy is (usually) more generous
14 days after the date we deliver your product to notify us that you have changed your mind. 30 days from your purchase date to tell us you have changed your mind. (If 30 days from your purchase date would in practice fall on a date which is earlier than 14 days after the date of delivery, then your legal right to change your mind applies and you will be able to change your mind no later than 14 days after delivery.)

How to let us know you want to change your mind.

To let us know you want to change your mind you have a number of options. You can visit our Returns & Exchanges page on the website to arrange your return, email us at hello@edikted.co.uk to tell us you want to change your mind, or (if you prefer) send us a completed form with the following information:

(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

To Edikted Ltd, Office No. 31, 9.17 Capital Tower 9th Floor, 91 Waterloo Road, London, United Kingdom, SE1 8RT:
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods:
Ordered on [insert date] / received on [insert date]
Name of consumer:
Address of consumer:
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper),
Date:

Returning products after you change your mind.

If you change your mind, you have to return the product at your own cost. You must return the products (and any free gifts provided with it) to us within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind. You can send the product back to us by purchasing a prepaid return label from us, printing the label, and attaching it to the outside of your package, and sending it back to us at our returns address as specified on our website. If you do this, you should keep a receipt or other evidence from the delivery service that proves you have sent it and when you sent it. If you do not do this and we do not receive the goods at all or within a reasonable time we will not refund you the price.

Delivery costs.

If you change your mind, we only refund standard delivery costs. For example, we do not refund any extra you have paid for express delivery or delivery at a particular time.

Deductions for use or damage.

We reduce your refund if you have used or damaged a product. If you have worn the product or if you have used or handled the product in a way which would not be acceptable prior to purchase in a store, we will reduce your refund to compensate us for the reduced value of the product. For example, we reduce your refund if the product's condition is not "as new", price tags have been removed, the product has been marked or damaged after purchase, or accessories are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due to you. Our Customer Service Team can advise you on whether we are likely to reduce your refund.

When and how we refund you.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the products back from you (or receiving evidence that you have sent them to us). We refund you by the method you used for payment. We do not charge a processing or admin fee for the refund.

YOU HAVE RIGHTS IF THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR PRODUCT

We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are in conformance with the contract between us. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If you think there is something wrong with your product, you can contact our Customer Services Team here and our Customer Services Team will inform you what information they need in order to be able to assess the product and determine whether the product is faulty and how the fault has arisen.

We may require you to arrange for the product to be returned to us – if we require this, you must return the product, and we will pay for the return.

If we are satisfied that the product was faulty, not as described or damaged when delivered to you or that it has become so as a result of a hidden defect, we will - at your option - refund the price you paid or replace the product (unless replacement would be disproportionately costly for us compared with a refund).

Where you have requested a refund and we agree it is payable to you, this will be made via the method of payment used on purchase within 14 days of us confirming that the product is faulty.

For detailed information about your legal rights, please visit the Citizens Advice website www.citizensadvice.org.uk.

WE CAN CHANGE PRODUCTS AND THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

We can always change products to reflect changes in laws and regulatory requirements, or to make technical adjustments and improvements.

We can make changes to these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and any changes to these Terms & Conditions will apply to all purchases of products made from the date when the new Terms are made available.

WE DO NOT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ALL LOSSES CAUSED BY US OR OUR PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for losses you suffer caused by us breaking our contract with you to sell you the products if:

  • it was not obvious that the loss would happen and nothing you said to us before we accepted your order meant we should have expected that loss (so, in the law, the loss was unforeseeable); or
  • the loss was caused by an event outside our control; or
  • the loss was something you could have avoided by taking reasonable action.

The products are provided to you on a consumer basis, for personal/non-business use only. The products are not for business users, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of sales or business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunities that you may incur at any time.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits our liability to you in any way that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable laws.

WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA AS SET OUT IN OUR PRIVACY POLICY

How we use any personal data you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

HOW YOU CAN RESOLVE DISPUTES WITH US

Our Customer Service Team, who you can contact here, will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and wherever you live you may bring claims against us in the English courts. If you live in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you may instead bring claims against us in the courts of the country you live in. We may claim against you in the courts of the country you live in.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS APPLY TO OUR CONTRACT

Any contract for the sale of a product is between you and us. Nobody else can enforce it.

If a court or other authority decides that some of these Terms & Conditions are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply to any contracts between you and us.

If we delay in enforcing our rights under a contract between you and us, this does not mean we have given up our rights, and we may enforce our rights against you later if necessary.
